Replacement & Return Policy – MR 3D
This policy has been prepared in accordance with the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its executive regulations. It is an integral part of the terms and conditions of the MR 3D store on the Zid platform. Completing a purchase constitutes explicit agreement from the customer to all terms stated in this policy.
First: Scope of Application
This policy applies to all orders completed through the MR 3D store on the Zid platform and its associated channels.
Second: Replacement Policy
Customers may request a replacement within a maximum of three (3) days from the date of delivery, only in the following cases:

A verified manufacturing defect.

The product does not match the description advertised in the store.
Conditions for accepting a replacement:

The product must be in its original condition.
-
The product must not be used or have damaged packaging.
-
The product must be subject to inspection by the store.
Third: Return Policy
Due to the nature of the store’s products, all sales are considered final and non-returnable after delivery, in accordance with exceptions stated in the E-Commerce Law.
No return requests will be accepted after delivery, except in the following cases only:

A verified manufacturing defect.

Delivery of a product different from the order.
Fourth: Inspection & Case Verification
The store relies on shipment documentation (photos/videos) as an official reference for the product’s condition.
Fifth: Refunds
If a verified manufacturing defect exists, the full amount will be refunded with no deductions.
Refunds will be processed within a period not exceeding 14 business days from the date of approval and will be issued via the same payment method whenever possible.
Conditions for accepting a refund:

The product must be in its original, unused condition.

All accessories and included gifts must be returned, if any.
Sixth: Shipping & Delivery
Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once delivery is confirmed by the shipping company.

The store is not responsible for damages resulting from:

Providing an incorrect address.

Delay in receiving the shipment by the customer.

Shipment returned due to customer negligence.

If the shipment is returned to the store, the store reserves the right to deduct shipping and return costs.
Seventh: Policy Misuse
The store reserves the right to:

Refuse repeated requests suspected of misuse.

Suspend accounts that exploit return policies unlawfully.

Take legal action in cases of suspected fraud.
Eighth: Zid Platform & Regulatory Bodies
Payment and shipping operations are subject to the systems of the Zid platform and its partners.
Ninth: Complaints & Store Protection
Complaints must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date. No complaint submitted after this period will be considered unless related to a hidden defect.

Conditions for accepting a complaint:

Providing the order number or proof of purchase along with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

The product must not have been used in a way that affects its original condition.

The store reserves the right to reject complaints in the following cases:

Lack of clear evidence of the issue.
-
Misuse or incorrect installation by the customer.
-
Delay in reporting the issue.
-
Malicious or non-serious complaints.

Tenth: Protection Against Abusive Reviews
The store reserves the right to take legal action against:

Malicious reviews, false reports, abuse, or defamation on review platforms or social media.

Attempts at blackmail in exchange for deleting a complaint or modifying a review.
The store has the right to:

Escalate reports to the Zid platform.
-
Take legal action through competent authorities within the Kingdom.
-
Claim compensation for reputational or commercial damages if abuse is proven.
Eleventh: Customer Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges the following:

They have fully reviewed the product description and understood and agreed to the replacement and return policy.

They will use the product properly according to instructions.
-
They will not misuse complaint or review systems.
-
This acknowledgment is legally binding in the event of any dispute or complaint.
